
Client Service Representative
We are looking for a professional and friendly Client Service Representative to join the Quest Diagnostics team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients while maintaining a positive, courteous, and professional attitude.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. You should be highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a high level of customer service to ensure their needs are met.
- Handle all incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.

- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a prompt and effective manner.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy of client information in the system.
