Job Description

We are looking for a professional and friendly Client Service Representative to join the Quest Diagnostics team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to our clients while maintaining a positive, courteous, and professional attitude.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting. You should be highly organized and able to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading healthcare organization and offer support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing a high level of customer service to ensure their needs are met.
  2. Handle all incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  3. Maintain a positive and courteous attitude while engaging with clients.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a prompt and effective manner.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.
  6. Ensure accuracy of client information in the system.
  7. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings.
  9. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
