Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming inquiries from customers and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and provide information on services and products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Address customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure all customer requests are handled in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide reports to management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Remain up-to-date with changes in product or service offerings.
