
Client Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming inquiries from customers and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
- Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and provide information on services and products.

- Address customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure all customer requests are handled in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance customer service.
- Monitor customer feedback and provide reports to management.
