Biomedical Engineer Technician

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and troubleshoot biomedical equipment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Provide preventative and corrective maintenance for medical instrumentation.
3. Monitor biomedical equipment performance and operation to ensure optimal functioning.
4. Diagnose and repair malfunctioning biomedical equipment.
5. Test and calibrate biomedical equipment to ensure accuracy.
6. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
7. Work with colleagues to develop new biomedical equipment and processes.
8. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
9. Follow established protocols for ordering and replacing parts.
10. Assist in training new personnel on the use of biomedical equipment.
