- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of bio-analytical instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and identify technical issues with instruments and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures in the laboratory.
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for instrument operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of instrument maintenance and calibration activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in bio-analytical instruments.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on instrument operation and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and management regarding instrument performance and any issues that arise.
- Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation requirements for laboratory instrumentation.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Actively participate in continuing education and training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field
Prior Experience In Operating And Maintaining Analytical Instruments Such As Hplc, Gc-Ms, And Lc-Ms/Ms
Knowledge Of Glp And Gmp Regulations And Experience With Regulatory Compliance
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Troubleshoot Instrument Issues
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Laboratory Personnel And Other Departments.
