  1. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of bio-analytical instruments used for medical testing.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with complex laboratory instruments.
  3. Repair and replace parts on instruments as needed.
  4. Ensure instruments are functioning properly and accurately to produce reliable test results.
  5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and calibrations performed on instruments.
  6. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols while handling and working with instruments.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technology to continually improve instrument maintenance and repair processes.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to efficiently manage instrument maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs.
  9. Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and management regarding instrument issues and repairs.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure proper functioning of instruments and a safe working environment.
  11. Provide training and support to laboratory staff on proper instrument use and maintenance.
  12. Adhere to company policies and regulations related to instrument maintenance and repair.
  13. Actively participate in quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  14. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to patient care and the importance of accurate and timely test results.
  16. Serve as a technical expert in bio-analytical instrumentation and stay updated on industry developments and trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Analytical Instruments In A Laboratory Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Safety Protocols And Procedures.

  • Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Maintaining A Variety Of Analytical Instruments, Such As Hplc, Gc, And Mass Spectrometry.

  • Ability To Work Independently, Prioritize Tasks, And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
