Staff Manager - Business Development
Evolve and create new opportunities while driving existing initiatives using QTI technology including wireless connectivity, mobile-compute, artificial intelligence, and security in the Retail IoT segment. Participate in the development of new business models, analyzing new Retail markets and use cases, engaging with ecosystem players and potential customers/partners, while drawing on resources within Qualcomm to bring the new business to fruition. Develop novel engagement models using Qualcomm technologies and create financial forecasts for proposed approach. Evaluate and make recommendations on new market opportunities in the Retail IoT space, including physical stores, warehousing, logistics, marketing, etc. considering market attractiveness and Qualcomm fit.
8+ years experience in building new business, ideally in a technology-based service business.
Self-starter with the ability to build a network within the organization and to manage deadlines / priorities with limited guidance.
Masters degree in business preferred
