
Software Engineer for Technical Training
Leverage technical expertise to develop strong relations with engineering leads, have more contextual discussions with them, and discern learning/productivity needs and gaps. Establishing credibility as someone who has done software development is critical. Deploy central learning budgets to design and develop relevant and innovative learning solutions to meet these needs, and oversee their delivery directly, and through the learning operations team. Evaluate the efficiency of these solutions.Identify and cultivate a strong network of internal technical/engineering subject matter experts, external vendors, academic researchers, and consultants. Attend/present at appropriate external conferences. Be aligned with senior engineering and program management on key product updates, roadmap changes and proactively intersect any learning/development needs.
