  1. Lead the development and execution of AI research programs at Qualcomm.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the project.
  5. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  6. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and key metrics.
  7. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the AI research team.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field: A Senior Program Manager For Ai Research At Qualcomm Should Possess An Advanced Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field Such As Machine Learning, Data Science, Or Artificial Intelligence. This Educational Background Will Provide A Strong Foundation For Understanding And Leading Ai Research Projects.

  • Extensive Experience In Ai Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Ai Research And Development, With A Focus On Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Or Computer Vision. This Experience Should Include Leading And Managing Large-Scale Ai Projects.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Senior Program Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Researchers And Engineers. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Crucial For The Success Of This Role. This Includes The Ability To Set Goals, Delegate Tasks, And Effectively Communicate With Team Members.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills: The Senior Program Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Ai Research Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, Excellent Project Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.
