  1. Lead and manage large-scale datacenter infrastructure projects at a global technology company.
  2. Oversee and drive the successful delivery of critical datacenter projects from initiation to completion.
  3. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  7. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  8. Manage project resources and allocate them effectively to ensure project success.
  9. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
  10. Conduct project meetings and provide guidance and direction to team members.
  11. Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies.
  12. Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.
  13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
  14. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in datacenter infrastructure project management.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Datacenter Infrastructure Project Manager At Qualcomm Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Datacenter Projects. This Should Include Hands-On Experience In Planning, Execution, And Delivery Of Large-Scale Datacenter Infrastructure Projects.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Datacenter Infrastructure: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Datacenter Infrastructure, Including Servers, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, And Cloud Technologies. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Emerging Trends In Datacenter Infrastructure.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Project Manager, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Engineers And Technicians. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Achieve Project Goals And Deliverables Within Tight Deadlines.

  • Exceptional Communication And Stakeholder Management: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Vendors. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Stakeholder Expectations And Keeping Them Informed About Project Progress And Issues.

  • Project Management Certifications: A Senior Datacenter Infrastructure Project Manager At Qualcomm Should Hold A Project Management Certification Such As Pmp Or Prince2. This Demonstrates Their Knowledge, Skills, And Experience In Managing Complex Projects And Ensures They Adhere To Industry-Standard Project Management Processes.
