As the Marketing Event Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing successful events that elevate our brand and drive business results. We are looking for someone with a passion for event planning, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for building relationships.   1. Develop and implement event strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of events, including product launches, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  3. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create event messaging, branding, and collateral materials.
  5. Conduct thorough research to identify and secure optimal event venues, accommodations, and logistics.
  6. Plan and execute all pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, including registration, catering, A/V, and transportation.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and invite key clients and prospects to events.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and maximize ROI.
  9. Monitor and report on event performance metrics, including attendance, lead generation, and budget adherence.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and competitor events to provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  11. Conduct post-event surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve event experiences.
  12. Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging and branding at all events.
  13. Travel to and manage events on-site to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot any issues.
  14. Serve as a brand ambassador and represent Qualcomm at events, promoting our products and solutions to attendees.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve event processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communication, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Execution.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Events Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.

  • Knowledge Of Event Marketing Strategies, Including Digital And Social Media, To Drive Attendance And Engagement.
