- Provide legal counsel and support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to technology, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies, to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Advise on legal risks and provide guidance on potential legal implications for business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies that align with business objectives.

Bachelor's Degree In Law Or A Related Field: A Legal Counsel At Qualcomm Should Have A Strong Foundation In Legal Principles And Concepts. A Bachelor's Degree In Law Or A Related Field Is Usually The Minimum Educational Requirement For This Role.
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree: A Juris Doctor Degree Is Preferred For A Legal Counsel Position At Qualcomm. This Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Education And Specialized Knowledge In The Field Of Law.
Admitted To The Bar: To Practice Law, A Legal Counsel Must Be Admitted To The Bar In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Requires Passing The Bar Exam And Meeting All State-Specific Requirements.
2-5 Years Of Relevant Experience: Qualcomm May Require A Legal Counsel To Have 2-5 Years Of Experience In A Law Firm Or In-House Legal Department. This Experience Should Demonstrate Knowledge Of Corporate And/Or Intellectual Property Law.
