Job Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree In Engineering Or Computer Science: A Principal/Manager Engineer At Qualcomm Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Engineering Or Computer Science, With A Focus On Machine Learning Or Artificial Intelligence.

  • Extensive Experience In Machine Learning And Ai: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Hands-On Experience Working With Machine Learning And Ai Technologies, Preferably In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Various Programming Languages, Such As Python, Java, And C++, As Well As Experience With Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, And Algorithm Development.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal/Manager Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Motivate Team Members.

  • Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities: In Addition To Technical Skills, The Candidate Should Also Have Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Solutions To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As Identify And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
