As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining positive relationships between our employees and the company, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.   1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures to maintain a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of employee relations issues, including but not limited to performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in accordance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Stay current on labor laws and regulations, and proactively identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance.
  5. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
  6. Drive initiatives and programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation related to employee relations issues.
  8. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to enhance employee relations and company culture.
  9. Serve as a resource and advisor to management on employee-related matters, providing guidance and support to help resolve complex or sensitive issues.
  10. Foster a culture of open communication and trust, promoting a positive employee experience and a sense of belonging within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Related Hr Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo And Ada.

  • Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills.

  • Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Professionalism And Discretion.
