Job Description

We’re looking for an Embedded Engineering Intern to join our team at Qualcomm! You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects related to embedded engineering and software development. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about embedded engineering and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field, with experience in embedded software development. Familiarity with embedded systems, C/C++ programming and debugging tools is a plus. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop embedded software applications and systems to meet customer requirements.
  2. Debug and optimize existing embedded software projects.
  3. Assist with the development of embedded systems that use C/C++ programming.
  4. Utilize debugging tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  5. Monitor and test software performance and functionality to ensure quality.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful design and implementation of embedded software applications.
  7. Assist in the development of documentation for embedded software applications.
  8. Remain up-to-date with the latest technologies and advancements in embedded engineering.
  9. Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
  10. Follow industry and organizational best practices in development.
