  1. Design and develop innovative and efficient micro-architecture designs for Qualcomm's processors.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into micro-architecture designs.
  3. Analyze and optimize existing micro-architecture designs to improve performance, power efficiency, and area utilization.
  4. Create detailed RTL designs and perform functional verification to ensure the design meets specifications.
  5. Work closely with physical design teams to ensure successful implementation of the micro-architecture designs.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in micro-architecture design and apply them to Qualcomm's products.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug any issues with the micro-architecture design, and provide timely solutions.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide valuable feedback to improve the overall quality of the designs.
  9. Collaborate with software teams to ensure seamless integration of micro-architecture designs into the overall product.
  10. Continuously drive for innovation and improvement in the micro-architecture designs to maintain Qualcomm's position as a leader in the industry.
  11. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within defined schedules.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in micro-architecture design.
  13. Maintain accurate documentation of the micro-architecture designs and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Follow industry-standard best practices and design guidelines to ensure the designs meet the highest quality standards.
  15. Represent Qualcomm's micro-architecture design capabilities to external stakeholders and contribute to building a strong brand image.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Cpu Micro-Architecture And Rtl Design.

  • Strong Understanding Of Computer Architecture And Micro-Architecture Concepts, Including Instruction Set Architecture, Pipeline Stages, And Memory Hierarchy.

  • Proficiency In Hardware Description Languages Such As Verilog Or Vhdl, And Experience With Industry-Standard Verification And Synthesis Tools.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Work In Cross-Functional Teams, Excellent Problem-Solving Skills, And A Track Record Of Delivering High-Quality Designs On Time.
