- Develop and implement sustainable business strategies and initiatives to drive positive impact in the company and society.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for corporate responsibility and sustainability improvement.
- Conduct regular research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate responsibility.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive corporate responsibility plan, including goals, metrics, and targets.
- Monitor and report on the progress of corporate responsibility initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of corporate responsibility efforts with company values and goals.
- Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities related to corporate responsibility, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, organizations, and stakeholders to advance corporate responsibility efforts.
- Educate and engage employees on corporate responsibility programs and initiatives.
- Communicate the company's corporate responsibility efforts to external audiences, including investors, customers, and the general public.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to corporate responsibility.
- Continuously evaluate and improve corporate responsibility processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on emerging issues and trends in corporate responsibility and make recommendations for future initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Or Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Responsibility Or Sustainability Roles, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Sustainability Trends, Frameworks, And Reporting Standards Such As Gri, Cdp, And Sasb.
Experience In Managing And Implementing Corporate Responsibility Programs, Including Stakeholder Engagement, Materiality Assessment, And Sustainability Reporting.
Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Leadership.
