Compensation Analyst

Participating in analysis, development, implementation and administration of global compensation policies and programs, such as: base salary and salary range management, performance bonus plan, equity compensation programs, titling/leveling structures, promotions, compensation compliance, retention, etc. Providing support to the compensation team, HR partners and management during the company's performance review process. Activities may include: modeling program funding; developing and testing program guidelines; conducting specialized compensation and data analysis; reviewing proposed recommendations for conformance to company guidelines, budgets, and internal consistencies and analyzing and developing pay recommendations (i.e. promotions, salary adjustments, etc.) for a global employee workforce. Evaluating and recommending solutions or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. Analyzing external market data to develop recommendations for maintaining or improving competitive pay programs. Conducting job evaluations, documentation, and leveling to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal standards. Developing and analyzing compensation metrics.
