Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge chipset systems.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  3. Set and drive technical direction for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends in the mobile industry, and integrate them into product development.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, as well as mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of the chipset system into overall product design.
  7. Oversee and participate in the development and execution of test plans and procedures to ensure product quality and performance.
  8. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  9. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations, and ensure compliance in all aspects of chipset system design.
  10. Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to upper management and stakeholders.
  11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.
  12. Participate in product launch activities, including presentations and demonstrations to customers and partners.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and resolve issues during product development and post-launch.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company in industry conferences and events.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, and ensure team members do the same.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Chipset Systems Design, Development, And Integration.

  • Expertise In Wireless Communication Systems, Such As 5G, Lte, And Wi-Fi.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C, C++, And Python.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Drive Projects To Completion.
