- Lead the design and development of high-performance ASIC and subsystem hardware for cutting-edge wireless technology products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop hardware specifications.
- Create and review architectural designs and ensure alignment with product goals and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential hardware design risks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with design guidelines and best practices.
- Analyze and optimize system performance, power consumption, and cost.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ASIC and subsystem hardware design.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to select and evaluate components for hardware design.
- Participate in product testing and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as software and firmware, to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate documentation throughout the design and development process.
- Continuously improve and refine design processes and methodologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the company in industry events and conferences.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Asic Or Subsystem Design, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry
Proficiency In Hardware Design Languages Such As Verilog, Systemverilog, And Vhdl
Strong Understanding Of Asic Development Flow, Including Architecture, Verification, And Physical Design
Experience With Design And Implementation Of High-Speed Interfaces Such As Pcie, Ddr, And Ethernet.
