Job Description

Design and build RF and DC test stations for semiconductor product qualifications to meet industry standard specifications (Mil, JEDEC) and any specific customer requirements. Collect and analyze the test station or monitoring data. Working with product line design and application engineers to ensure the proper reliability test conditions.
