Treasury Manager

Qatar National Bank (QNB) is looking for a Treasury Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, economics, and financial and treasury management with excellent problem-solving skills. The Treasury Manager must have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Required qualifications include a degree in finance, economics, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in banking and treasury management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the treasury and cash flow activities of QNB.
2. Develop and implement effective treasury strategies and activities.
3. Monitor and report on financial performance, risks, and trends.
4. Negotiate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Provide guidance and training to team members.
6. Utilize financial instruments and models to identify and address risks and challenges.
7. Analyze financial statements and other documents to identify opportunities for improvement.
8. Monitor compliance with regulations and policies.
9. Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders.
10. Develop and implement policies and procedures.
