Treasury Manager

We at Qatar National Bank are looking for a passionate and experienced Treasury Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and be able to apply their expertise to develop and manage our Treasury portfolio.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in a treasury role. The Treasury Manager will be responsible for the management of liquidity and capital resources, devise strategies for managing financial risks, monitor and analyze the performance of the portfolio, and evaluate the impact of any proposed changes to the portfolio.He/She should possess excellent problem-solving and organizational skills and be able to work effectively and independently. The Treasury Manager should also be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities:

1. Manage liquidity and capital resources, devise strategies for managing financial risks, and monitor and analyze the performance of the portfolio.
2. Evaluate the impact of proposed changes to the portfolio.
3. Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
4. Monitor global financial markets and provide recommendations for investment strategies.
5. Provide regular reports and analysis to the senior management team.
6. Identify and address any potential risks or issues that arise.
7. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure all goals and objectives are met.
8. Maintain strong communication with external stakeholders.
9. Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies.
10. Utilize MS Office and treasury management systems to effectively manage the portfolio.
