Senior Legal Adviser, Domestic Litigation

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Legal Adviser to join our Domestic Litigation team at Qatar National Bank (QNB). The successful candidate will provide legal advice and guidance to QNB's domestic teams and will be responsible for managing domestic litigation cases.The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, as well as a minimum of 8 years of legal experience in a corporate or banking environment. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and an understanding of the laws and regulations regarding Qatar's domestic banking system.We are looking for a professional who is capable of responding to legal inquiries, conducting legal research, and managing legal cases as needed. 7. Collaborate with other legal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
8. Prepare legal documents and review contracts.
9. Represent the organization in court proceedings, when necessary.
10. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and recommend any necessary changes.
