Job Description

Qatar National Bank (QNB) is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Legal Adviser, Domestic Litigation to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the legal department, providing legal advice on a wide range of domestic litigation matters.The successful candidate must have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role and must hold a degree in Law from a recognized university. In addition, the Senior Legal Adviser, Domestic Litigation must be an excellent communicator, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically.We are looking for an individual with a passion for the legal industry, who is highly organized and motivated and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the department. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal advice on domestic litigation matters.
  2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  3. Research legal issues and provide solutions where necessary.
  4. Identify and mitigate legal risks.
  5. Represent the bank in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
  6. Advise the bank on legal obligations and compliance matters.
  7. Develop and implement strategies and legal policies for the bank.
  8. Monitor changes in the legal environment and keep up-to-date with relevant regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  10. Provide support and guidance to other members of the legal team.

Job Qualifications
