Job Description

At Qatar National Bank, we are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a determination to succeed in a fast-paced banking environment. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, takes initiative, and has excellent problem-solving skills.To excel in this role, the Relationship Manager must have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of customer service principles, and a good grasp of banking products and services. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building and managing relationships with customers and have a commitment to providing a superior customer experience. The successful candidate should also have experience in meeting sales targets. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients to foster strong, long-term relationships.
  2. Maintain a deep understanding of banking products and services, and use this knowledge to advise customers on the best options for their needs.
  3. Use strong communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and complaints.
  4. Manage customer interactions with a focus on providing a superior service experience.
  5. Develop innovative strategies to meet sales targets and contribute to the achievement of overall bank objectives.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
  7. Research the latest banking products and services to ensure customers are up-to-date on the latest offerings.
  8. Make use of customer feedback and reviews to inform customer service improvements.
  9. Monitor customer accounts and provide timely updates to customers.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
