Responsibilities:
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with customers, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service, including resolving customer inquiries and complaints in an effective and timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new business opportunities.
- Monitor customer accounts and transactions and provide advice to customers on financial services products and services.
- Analyze customer financial information to determine their needs and suggest suitable products and services.
- Keep up to date with the banking and financial services industry and its regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers and generate new business leads.
- Lead customer onboarding process and ensure customers are provided with the necessary documents and information.
- Prepare reports and presentations for customers and management.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
