Job Description

Qatar National Bank is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with our clients to ensure customer satisfaction and drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

  1. Establish, build, and maintain relationships with customers, and other stakeholders.
  2. Provide excellent customer service, including resolving customer inquiries and complaints in an effective and timely manner.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive new business opportunities.
  4. Monitor customer accounts and transactions and provide advice to customers on financial services products and services.
  5. Analyze customer financial information to determine their needs and suggest suitable products and services.
  6. Keep up to date with the banking and financial services industry and its regulations, trends, and best practices.
  7. Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers and generate new business leads.
  8. Lead customer onboarding process and ensure customers are provided with the necessary documents and information.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for customers and management.
  10. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
