Job Description

Qatar National Bank is looking for an experienced and highly motivated 1st Customer Service Executive to join our team. As a 1st Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing our customers with superior service in a friendly and professional manner. You will be the face of the bank and the main point of contact for customers.To qualify for this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to customer service, and a good understanding of banking services and products. You must also be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a drive to deliver top-notch customer service and the ability to work with a diverse customer base, then we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide customers with accurate information on banking services and products.
  3. Process customer requests in a timely manner.
  4. Address customer complaints and escalate as needed.
  5. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
  6. Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
  7. Participate in training programs and workshops to stay up-to-date on banking services and products.
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  9. Track customer feedback and report findings to management.
  10. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
