
QNB 1st Customer Service Executive
QNB is looking for a motivated and passionate 1st Customer Service Executive to join our team! As an integral part of the customer service team, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, be highly organized and have the ability to handle multiple tasks. If you are looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity to grow and develop your customer service skills, this is the job for you! To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of customer service experience. The ideal candidate will also have strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, a professional and friendly attitude, and the ability to think quickly and respond appropriately to customer inquiries. Additionally, the ability to use various software applications and navigate multiple systems is required.
