Job Description

QNB is the largest financial services provider in the Middle East and Africa. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated 1st Customer Service Executive to join our Qatar National Bank team in Doha.As a 1st Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service experiences to our clients. You will be the primary face of QNB and the first point of contact for our customers. You must possess a genuine interest in helping people and providing superior service in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be highly organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be able to work with a variety of people and possess strong problem-solving skills. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.This is a great opportunity to join QNB, a growing and dynamic company. Responsibilities for 1st Customer Service Executive:

  8. Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
  9. Maintain customer records in the database.
  10. Remain up-to-date with product and service information.
