Job Description

QNB is seeking an experienced and passionate 1st Customer Service Executive to join our team in Qatar National Bank. This important role requires an individual with excellent customer service skills, a friendly and helpful attitude, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of service to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking industry and a minimum of two years of customer service experience. Responsibilities:

  5. Collaborate with other customer service executives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
  7. Remain current with the banking industry’s regulations and best practices.
  8. Monitor customer service quality metrics and take appropriate action to improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
