Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders of Qatar National Bank.
2. Draft, review and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.
3. Research and analyze various laws and regulations affecting the Bank.
4. Monitor and report on legal developments and their implications on the Bank.
5. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry and sector developments.
6. Act as a point of contact for external legal counsels and other external service providers.
7. Represent the Bank in legal proceedings and meetings, as necessary.
8. Prepare legal reports and memos for the management team.
9. Investigate and resolve legal disputes.
10. Assist in developing and implementing the Bank’s legal policies and procedures.
