
IT Support Analyst
Qatar National Bank is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our IT Support team as an IT Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of configuring, administering, and maintaining the bank's IT systems and networks.We are looking for a professional who has a degree in Information Technology or a related field, and at least three years of experience in a similar role. We also require excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines, and be able to take on additional tasks when needed. This individual must also have a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to provide clear and concise explanations of technical concepts to non-technical staff.If you think you have the required qualifications and the right attitude, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers as needed.
- Configure, administer, and maintain the bank's IT systems and networks.
- Monitor and maintain the bank's IT systems and networks for optimal performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures.
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve the bank's IT systems and networks.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
- Ensure that the bank's IT systems and networks are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems and networks.
