Job Description

We are on the hunt for a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Analyst to join Qatar National Bank (QNB). In this role you will provide technical support to QNB staff, ensuring that all IT issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. If you have a passion for IT and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you.To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, as well as a degree in IT or a related discipline. You must have extensive knowledge of hardware and software, as well as experience providing technical support to a range of users. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to QNB staff, troubleshooting and resolving a range of IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance.
  3. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations on system upgrades and software updates as needed.
  4. Create and maintain detailed IT documentation and user guides.
  5. Provide technical advice and assistance to users of all levels, ensuring that their requests are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
  7. Develop training materials and provide technical support to new staff.
  8. Keep abreast of technological developments and trends in the IT industry.
  9. Ensure that all IT systems and processes are compliant with relevant regulations.
