Qatar National Bank is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, dedicated individual who is committed to providing an exceptional level of customer service and technical support. The successful candidate will be a key part of our IT team, responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to our staff and customers.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience in a similar role. They will have a comprehensive understanding of IT systems and how to troubleshoot problems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and maintain IT systems, identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  2. Provide technical assistance and support to staff and customers.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Keep up to date with new technology and developments in the IT sector.
  5. Utilize problem-solving and diagnostic skills to resolve customer issues.
  6. Monitor and evaluate system performance.
  7. Create and maintain technical documentation.
  8. Assist in the implementation of new IT systems.
  9. Collaborate with other IT team members and departments.
