Job Description

Qatar National Bank is seeking an organized, detail-oriented IT Coordinator/System Admin to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering customer service and problem-solving to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.The successful candidate will have experience in Windows, Linux, Mac OS, and/or Cloud-based solutions, as well as excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux, Mac OS, Cloud-based solutions, and other IT systems.
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all IT systems and processes.
  3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  4. Create user accounts, manage access rights, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  5. Provide technical support and training for end users.
  6. Research new technologies and recommend upgrades to existing systems.
  7. Collaborate with other members of the Technology team to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
  8. Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to identify and address any technical issues.
