
Human Resources Specialist
Qatar National Bank is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As the cornerstone of our Human Resources team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of services to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department.We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in HR management and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a banking environment, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, combined with a customer-centric approach to service delivery, are essential. The Human Resources Specialist will need to be comfortable taking on a variety of duties, ranging from administrative tasks to full-scale HR projects, and should possess a strong understanding of employee relations, recruitment, payroll and performance management. The successful candidate must also have a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff. Responsibilities:
- Manage human resources activities such as recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and other related activities.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall mission and goals.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of HR programs and policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues.
- Assess training needs and organize learning and development programs for employees.
- Prepare and update employee records, reports, and personnel documents.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate employee motivation and morale.
