Human Resources Specialist

Qatar National Bank (QNB) is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for an experienced, organized and motivated individual to join us in managing our growing Human Resources department.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a Human Resources role. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and has a strong understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures.The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for providing human resource services and support to QNB employees. This role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations and will require excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others and creating a positive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage recruitment processes, such as job descriptions, job postings, and candidate interviewing.
2. Plan and coordinate onboarding and training for new employees.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Create and maintain employee records.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with employees to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
6. Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
7. Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with QNB principles and goals.
8. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
9. Analyze and respond to employee inquiries.
10. Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and morale.
