Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to join the Qatar National Bank team. As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of human resources processes, laws, and regulations. Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including interviewing and selecting candidates, providing onboarding orientation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing advice and guidance to employees.
• Manage payroll and benefit administration, including ensuring timely and accurate payments, managing deductions, and providing necessary documents and records.
• Create policies and procedures related to human resources and ensure that they are followed.
• Develop and implement strategies to retain and motivate employees.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Respond to employee inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure that their needs are met.
• Maintain a current knowledge of labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports and analyze data related to human resources activities.
