
Business Development Manager
Qatar National Bank is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our talented team of professionals. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication and organizational skills who is ready to take on the challenge of leading the development and expansion of our business.The successful candidate will be expected to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with at least five years of relevant experience in business development. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to drive business growth for Qatar National Bank.
- Research and analyze new markets for potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for business development.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand the bank's presence in the international market.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the business development activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and results.
- Manage and allocate budgets for business development initiatives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the business development team.
