
Business Development Manager
Qatar National Bank (QNB) is looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our team of professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about helping to grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy in line with the bank’s growth goals.We are looking for an experienced, motivated and commercial-minded individual who is not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive the business forward. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in a similar role, with a keen eye for opportunities, an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong understanding of the banking sector.The successful individual will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of five years’ experience in a business development or similar role. They must be able to demonstrate excellent team management skills as well as the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about business development and has the drive and ambition to take the bank to the next level. Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive business development strategy in line with the bank’s growth goals
- Identify new opportunities and markets for the bank’s products and services
- Develop and execute plans to achieve business development goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development activities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives and strategies
- Prepare reports and presentations on progress and results achieved
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals
- Monitor competitor activities and identify best practices and areas of improvement
