
Assistant Manager Quality Assurance
Qatar National Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to join our team. This individual will have the opportunity to work with a highly professional and knowledgeable team in order to ensure that our organization provides world-class customer service.The ideal candidate for this role will have an in-depth understanding of quality assurance processes and be motivated to ensure a positive customer experience. They must possess strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.To be considered for this position, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. They should also possess at least three years of experience in a quality assurance-related role. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular reviews of customer service processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices.
- Identify and resolve areas of non-compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Develop and maintain reports to track customer satisfaction levels.
- Participate in customer service process improvement initiatives.
- Develop customer service performance standards and objectives.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure customer service standards are met.
