Job Description

Qatar National Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance to join our team. This individual will have the opportunity to work with a highly professional and knowledgeable team in order to ensure that our organization provides world-class customer service.The ideal candidate for this role will have an in-depth understanding of quality assurance processes and be motivated to ensure a positive customer experience. They must possess strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.To be considered for this position, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. They should also possess at least three years of experience in a quality assurance-related role. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred.We are looking for a reliable Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance who is eager to join an industry-leading organization and become an integral part of our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular reviews of customer service processes and procedures.
  4. Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures.
  5. Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices.
  6. Identify and resolve areas of non-compliance with quality assurance standards.
  7. Develop and maintain reports to track customer satisfaction levels.
  8. Participate in customer service process improvement initiatives.
  9. Develop customer service performance standards and objectives.
  10. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure customer service standards are met.
