Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

QNB is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as Assistant Manager Quality Assurance. You will be responsible for providing high quality, professional guidance and support to ensure the bank’s compliance with international standards. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about quality assurance and thrives in a highly dynamic environment.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field. You should have experience in risk management, audit processes, and quality assurance. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks is essential for success in this role. Finally, you should be experienced in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the bank complies with applicable international standards.
2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and procedures.
3. Identify and assess potential risks associated with quality assurance processes and procedures.
4. Develop and coordinate quality assurance training programs.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent quality assurance standards.
6. Develop and document corrective action plans to address any gaps in quality assurance.
7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality assurance results.
8. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and procedures.
9. Maintain records of quality assurance activities and data.
10. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve quality assurance processes.
