
Assistant Manager Quality Assurance
Qatar National Bank (QNB) is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager Quality Assurance to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that QNB's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about quality assurance and has a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge base in areas such as quality management systems, process improvement, and customer service, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.To be successful in this position, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or quality assurance. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is required, and prior experience in the banking industry is desirable. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure QNB's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure they are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Perform detailed quality inspections and audits to identify and resolve any process and product issues.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
- Remain up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality assurance.
- Prepare quality assurance reports to document findings and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist with the development of product and service specifications.
