1. Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, processes, and procedures to ensure QNB's products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
2. Monitor quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure they are in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
3. Perform detailed quality inspections and audits to identify and resolve any process and product issues.
4. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively resolving customer complaints and inquiries.
6. Remain up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality assurance.
7. Prepare quality assurance reports to document findings and recommend solutions.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
9. Assist with the development of product and service specifications.
