
Assistant Manager Quality Assurance
Qatar National Bank (QNB) is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Quality Assurance team. As an important member of the team, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of QNB's quality assurance initiatives.You will need to have a degree in Quality Assurance or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. You will also need to demonstrate your excellent problem-solving skills and have a strong understanding of customer service and quality assurance processes.In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining QNB's quality assurance strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are in line with QNB's quality assurance standards and that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic team within a leading banking institution. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain QNB's quality assurance strategies.
- Ensure that all processes and procedures are in line with QNB's quality assurance standards.
- Monitor customer service and quality assurance processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that customer service and quality assurance standards are met.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of the company's quality assurance initiatives.
- Identify and address any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide reports and recommendations to QNB management.
- Create and maintain procedures and documentation related to quality assurance and customer service.
- Train and educate staff on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Provide technical support and advice to other departments on quality assurance.
Bachelor's Degree In Quality Management
Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance In A Banking Environment
Knowledge And Experience In Working With Quality Management Systems
Expertise In Developing And Implementing Quality Control Systems
Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data
