  1. Develop and implement talent development programs and initiatives to support the growth and development of employees at Purdue University.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify training needs and design effective solutions.
  3. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on best practices in talent development to continuously improve programs.
  4. Create and maintain a database of employee development goals, progress, and outcomes.
  5. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities for employees.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Assist in the creation of career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
  8. Act as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  9. Monitor and track employee participation and engagement in talent development programs.
  10. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on the progress and impact of talent development programs.
  12. Stay informed on industry trends and developments in talent development and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and technologies.
  13. Serve as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for employee development and growth opportunities.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  15. Adhere to all university policies and procedures while carrying out responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Development, Training And/Or Organizational Development

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience In Developing And Delivering Training Programs

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders

  • Proficiency In Learning Management Systems And Other Technology Platforms Used For Talent Development And Training Purposes
