- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and encouraged to participate.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership and innovation to ensure course content remains relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and program leaders to continuously improve the program and student learning outcomes.
- Participate in orientation and training sessions to familiarize yourself with the program, curriculum, and teaching methods.
- Utilize technology and various teaching tools to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Maintain open and effective communication with students, program leaders, and colleagues.

Doctoral Degree In Education Or Related Field: The First And Most Important Qualification For An Adjunct Faculty In The Doctor Of Education In Leadership And Innovation Program At Purdue Global Is A Doctoral Degree In Education Or A Related Field. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Academic Knowledge And Expertise To Teach At The Doctoral Level.
Teaching Experience: Purdue Global Seeks Candidates Who Have Prior Teaching Experience, Preferably At The Graduate Level. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Effectively Communicate And Engage With Students In An Online Learning Environment.
Professional Experience In Leadership And Innovation: As The Program Focuses On Leadership And Innovation, Candidates With Professional Experience In These Areas Will Be Preferred. This Could Include Experience In Educational Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Or Innovation In Education.
