A Completed Doctoral Degree In Japanese Christianity Or A Related Field, Such As Religious Studies, History, Or Theology.
Demonstrated Proficiency In The Japanese Language, Including The Ability To Conduct Research And Communicate Effectively In Both Written And Spoken Forms.
Extensive Knowledge Of The History And Development Of Christianity In Japan, Including Understanding Of Key Theological And Cultural Influences.
Prior Experience Conducting Independent Research In The Field, Including Publications And Conference Presentations.
Strong Interpersonal Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Diverse Team Of Scholars, Students, And Community Members.
