  1. Develop and deliver engaging and informative lectures on various topics in Political Science to undergraduate students.
  2. Design and implement dynamic course materials, assignments, and assessments that align with the course learning objectives.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and promotes intellectual growth.
  4. Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic progress and offer support and guidance as needed.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current developments and advancements in the field of Political Science to ensure course content is relevant and accurate.
  6. Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publications, and conference presentations to contribute to the academic community.
  7. Serve as an academic advisor and mentor to students, offering guidance and support in their academic and career goals.
  8. Participate in departmental and university committees and meetings, contributing to the development and improvement of the academic program.
  9. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve course content and delivery methods, and share best practices.
  10. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by incorporating diverse perspectives and promoting a welcoming and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  11. Adhere to university policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records of student attendance and grades.

  14. Fulfill any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the department chair or university administration.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctorate Degree In Political Science Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • A Strong Research Background With A Record Of Publications In Reputable Academic Journals.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Engage With Students And Colleagues.
