Master's Degree In English Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Prior Teaching Experience At The College Or University Level, Preferably In English Composition Or Literature.
Strong Communication Skills And A Demonstrated Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Concepts To Students.
A Deep Understanding Of Current Trends And Best Practices In Teaching English, Including Incorporating Technology And Diverse Perspectives Into The Curriculum.
