
Instructional Design Associate - Student Service

- Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Stay current with trends and advancements in instructional design and implement innovative strategies to enhance the learning experience.
- Utilize various technologies and learning management systems to deliver instructional content.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to instructional materials.
- Ensure instructional materials comply with accessibility and copyright standards.
- Provide training and support to faculty and staff on instructional design best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve instructional materials based on feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate with other instructional design team members to share ideas and best practices.
- Maintain project timelines and meet deadlines for the timely delivery of instructional materials.
- Contribute to the overall improvement and development of the university's student services through innovative and effective instructional design practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Or A Related Field.
Experience With Learning Management Systems (Lms) And Instructional Design Software.
Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theories.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Faculty And Students.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
